Acast launches “Sounds Mindful” initiative for Mental Health Awareness Month
To mark Mental Health Awareness Month, Acast brings together some of Australia’s favorite podcasters for Sounds Mindful.
Sound Mindful is a series of sessions that run throughout the month of October, with an open invitation to the media industry, these sessions were designed with podcasters from across the Acast Creator network.
Everyone breaks the norms of the workday – whether it’s rebalancing with exercise, cooking, or listening to stories of incredible resilience.
