NEW YORK, June 2, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Recurring companies announced its acquisition of We are the mightya veteran-led digital publisher and media agency that provides brands with video production, marketing, advertising and consulting services to engage with the military community.

Following the acquisition of We Are The Mighty, Recurrent has the largest military digital media footprint. Founded in 2014, WATM is military-led who are focused on capturing, empowering and celebrating the voice of today’s military community through digital, film and event platforms.

We Are The Mighty CEO and Air Force veteran, Mark Harper will continue to oversee the day-to-day operations of the WATM team, within Recurrent’s automotive and military vertical, led by Managing Director, Jason Lepore. WATM’s flagship event offer, Military Influencers Conference, founded by Army veteran Curtez Riggs, will remain under Riggs’ leadership at Recurrent. MIC is the premier military-focused event for entrepreneurs, influencers, executives and brands that shape and support the military community. Each year, MIC brings together over 100 global partners and 2,000 attendees for a three-day conference with eight focus areas.
